- Anon ymous Review added: 2018.03.29★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I took my sons pet rabbits to this vet at 3 months old to be sexed before neutering etc.
The receptionist was lovely, the place itself a little scruffy but not so bothered about that.
The vet was extremely rough with the rabbits so much so that 1 screamed and I’m led to believe they only do so in extreme pain or terror. That might be how you do it (and I don’t know enough to know either way) but I wouldn’t be comfortable with taking them back again to this vet as no ‘bedside manner’ or reassurance that they might be upset when they handle them. My little boy cried the whole way home and the rabbits have hidden behind the couch ever since. - Clare Hoskinson Review added: 2017.12.17★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆In yesterday and today. Yesterday the girls wear lovely with my mums dog and today what a very rude arrogant man with us. As soon as we walked in he started being arrogant. When me and my son got hold of our dog to lift her of the bed the arrogant vet man also had hold of our dog and dropped her. Two customers lost in one day as my mum has been going for years and she has said she is not going back with her dog.
- Batchelder Greene, Review added: 2017.12.13★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Shocking personal service from this vets. Spoken to like I was a child by the senior halfwit in there. Went in for his (dog) first operation and just wanted to stay close and wait in the waiting room. Was turned away and after just asking if i could wait until he has his operation, I was told no if don't like it to try elsewhere. After insisting that I will be back and will just wait I was then 'warned' about 'bothering her staff' with updates. Although the young staff was understanding and actually looked embarrassed at this tyrants behaviour, my overall impression left me with such fear I went on a fact finding in local cafes. Customer service was disgraceful and you can be absolutely sure we have registered with another Vet now.
